What are the conditions for reservations?
We consider the booking confirmed when there is a deposit paid equal to 25% of the total stay.
PLEASE NOTE: the rooms booked by phone will be kept free only until 5pm.
How can I send the deposit?
It is possible to send the deposit in the following ways:

By giving us the credit card number and expiry date, we will then charge the total amount of the deposit to the card.
How can I pay the balance to the hotel?
Due to high bank fees, we ask you to pay the bill in cash (you will receive a 3% discount on arrival at the hotel). It is also possible to use an ATM/credit card or bank transfer before your arrival (see our bank details in the deposit request). We also accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard etc.)
What are the conditions for cancellations?
We know it can happen and is unfortunate for you and us. It is very unfortunate if the rooms are left unoccupied. In the absence of other agreements in the event of cancellation, the following penalties will be charged (% of the total stay):
– within 90 days from the arrival date 0%
– from 89 to 22 days before the arrival date 30%
– from 21 to 5 days before the arrival date 50%
– from 4 days before the arrival date/no show 100%
If you decide to start the holiday late, the full amount will be charged from the beginning of the booked period.
Can you take out holiday insurance?
Sometimes, things can happen before the start of your holiday. You are fully covered with our travel insurance cancellation policy. A delayed departure, cancellation or interruption during your stay could result in penalties for you. To avoid these costs, we suggest you take out travel insurance cancellation cover. In these circumstances, Allianz Global Assistance would cover the above costs.
Is tourist tax included in the room rate?
The municipality of Livinallongo del Col di Lana applies a tourist tax of € 1.00 per day per person for those over 12 years and for the first 10 days of your stay. The tax is not included in the cost of the room, therefore it must be added to the total cost of the stay.
From what time is the room available?
The room will be available from 2 pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure.
Is parking included?
Yes, outdoor parking is included in the price of the room
Is there a garage?
There is a garage available at the hotel. During the summer season it is free for bicycles and motorbikes (subject to availability).
The cost for cars during the summer and winter seasons is €6.00 per day.
What are the times for breakfast and dinner?
Breakfast is served from 7 am to 9.30 am while dinner is from 7 pm to 8.30 pm
Is there a restaurant in the hotel?
We have a restaurant on the premises; it is open to internal and external customers with à la carte lunch from 12 pm to 2 pm. After 2 pm it is still possible to access the restaurant, but with a limited choice of dishes recommended by the staff. It is open in the evening from 7 pm to 8.45 pm.
Do you cater for people with special dietary requirements?
Our chefs can make both vegetarian and gluten-free dishes (we cannot guarantee the complete lack of gluten as they are prepared in the same kitchen however, we are very careful to keep the ingredients separate).
Are pets allowed?
We welcome all domestic pets in our hotel without charging a supplement. We only ask for a contribution of 20.00 Euros for the final cleaning and sanitising of the room. Our four-legged friends cannot enter the restaurant or the wellness centre. We thank you in advance for your understanding. If the guest is happy, we can allow them to have breakfast and dinner with their pets in the bar area.
Is there an internet connection?
There is a Wi-Fi (encrypted) network and an Internet Point in the hotel.
The use of the Internet Point and the Wi-Fi network for hotel guests is free (the password is available at the reception desk).
Is it possible to make calls and be called in the room?
From the room you can get access to the outside line by typing 0 or you can be called at the following number: 0039 (0) 43679103. Calls will be transferred to your room by reception.
